The WAGERplayer call center system provides for high speed wager input with unlimited clerk workstations. The clerk interface is embedded in an Internet browser requiring a simple thin client for each clerk station significantly reducing total cost of ownership and support costs for large call centers. Hot Keys, Function and Control keys are used for quick navigation to Events and Customer information.

Each call center operator has a web based secure login and is limited to call center activities on the system. Digital call recording integration links calls to the WAGERplayer system and individual operators.

Detailed Clerk Reporting shows the clerk station/extension, total number of bets, bets per hour and average call length for each clerk over a specified time period. The Live Clerk report give the manager a quick overview of performance and current player for each clerk currently logged in.

Once the player/customer has supplied a username and password to the operator, the following details are immediately available on screen:

  • Customer Details, City, Country, Currency
  • Current Balance in Customer & Operator Currency, Credit Line/Limit, Soft Cap, Customer Profile and Agent
  • Past two weeks opening and closing balances with daily betting win/loss and financial activity (debits and credits). Click a day or week figure to get a detailed report of all bets for the day/week.
  • Customer Notes & Warnings showing risk or accounts warnings for a customer.
  • Operator has Instant Access to All Live Markets. Markets can be set to Telephone-Only status by Customer Profiles restricting individual customers to telephone bets only
  • VIP clerks/managers allowed to offer better or custom prices/odds to VIP customers improving odds by up to a customizable 20%.
  • All Odds can be displayed in either US (-110) or Decimal (1.91) format.
  • Horse Racing wager input allows Exactas, Quinellas and Trifectas to be entered with keyed/stand-outs to instantly create hundreds of combination bets.

WAGERplayer Input Keyboard Interface

The following applies to both Sports and Racing bets

To place a straight bet simply navigate to the selection and key a stake and then press ENTER to add it to the current betting slip.

F1

Logs a customer in. Once a customer has been logged in pressing F1 will allow you to manipulate the current betting slip.

F2

If a bet has been taken this will take you straight to the Customer Readback screen otherwise it will reload the betting view.

ESC or BACKSPACE

Removes the current stake if currently navigating the betting selections.

Cursor Keys

Navigate the bet selections, the list of betting slips and the list of bet types when the betting slip window (F1) is open.

ALT + ENTER

Creates a new empty betting slip. If there is already an empty slip available then it becomes the active betting slip.

TAB

Switches between the bet selections and the list of betting slips.

DEL

When the betting slip list is focused (TAB) this will delete the currently selected betting slip. If you are in the betting slip window (F1) it will delete the current selection.

SHIFT + F

Select the next bet to use the current Fixed price.

SHIFT + C

Select the next bet to use a Custom price if permitted to do so.

SHIFT + O

Select the next bet to Override (ignore) profile limits if permitted to do so.

CTRL + SHIFT + B

Select the next bet to be a Betback.

Sports Betting Commands

To place a combination bet navigate to each selection to be placed in the bet and press ENTER to add the selection. When you have finished adding selections press F1 to place a stake in the appropriate combination bet type. Press ENTER again to save the stake.

W

Each time this is pressed it will rotate through these bet types: Win, Win/Place

P

Select the next bet type to be a 'Place'.

CTRL + A to CTRL + Z

Searches the current selections based on the first letter in their title. Repeatedly pressing the same letter will navigate through all matches.

SHIFT + L

For Baseball, selects 'Listed' for the next bet.

SHIFT + A

For Baseball, selects 'Action' for the next bet.

SHIFT + P

For Baseball, selects 'Pitcher' for the next bet.

SHIFT + T

For Baseball, selects 'Team' for the next bet.

SHIFT + S

Selects 'Spread' for the next bet type.

SHIFT + R

Enter bet using Risk amount.

SHIFT + W

Enter bet using Win amount.

Racing Bet Commands

ALT + 1

Select Slot 1.

ALT + 2

Select Slot 2.

ALT + 3

Select Slot 3.

F

When a slot is selected allows you to select Field.

ESC or BACKSPACE

When a slot is selected allows you to remove each selection. When there is no slot selected it will remove the current stake, if any.

When a slot is focused you can also use the TAB key to navigate the slots. Moving down will deselect the slots and allow you to enter in a stake and navigate the events.To add selections to the currently selected slot simply type the position number for each selection separated by spaces.

T

Select the next bet to be a Trifecta. Requires the slots to be filled accordingly.

E

Select the next bet to be an Exacta. Requires the slots to be filled accordingly.

Q

Select the next bet to be a Quinella. Slots 1 and 2 require selections.

W

Each time this is pressed it will rotate through these bet types: Win, Win/Place, Win/Show

P

Each time this is pressed it will rotate through these bet types: Place, Place/Show

S

Select the next bet to be a Show.

A

Select the next bet to be Across or a Win/Place/Show.

To place a double simply navigate to each selection and press ENTER on the selections to add them to the betting slip. Then press F1 to display the betting slip window. If a double is allowed with the current selections then the Double combination bet will be available and you can type a stake and press ENTER to finish the bet.

SHIFT + T

Selects 'Tote' for the next price type to use.

SHIFT + B

Selects 'Best Price' (sometimes known as 'Club') for the next price type to use.

SHIFT + L

Selects 'Top Fluc' for the next price type to use.

SHIFT + S

Selects 'SP' for the next price type to use.

SHIFT + I

Selects 'SP Insurance' for the next price type to use.

Popup Betting Slip (F1)

F1 or ESC

Closes the pop-up betting slip window.

F2

Displays Customer Readback page.

F4 or ENTER

Saves changes made to the current betting slip.

F5 or DEL

Removes the currently highlighted selection from the betting slip.

F6

Removes all selections and clears betting slip.

F8

Display customer review page.

F9

Display customer's bet reporting.

F10

Display customer's accounts reporting.

F11

Display customer's details.

F12

Logout the current customer.
